RMA Disposition :: Cannot Create Corrective Action

In RMA disposition entry, I am unable to check the box “Create Corrective Action”. Is there something that triggers this box to be enabled?

You have to dispose a quantity to Fail:

If your goal is to keep track of all RMAs using corrective action, which often makes sense, you can fail it at RMA disposition and then pass through DMR processing. This allows you to create a corrective action for any RMA, while still allowing you to pass the product to job or inventory.
