RMA on MISC PS

I have a user that created a Misc Pack Slip with an RMA on it. It was done by accident. I can’t delete the MISC PS Line because it says “This Pack was generated for a return Shipment to Customer. Can not delete” How do I back this out?

RMA’s were completely processed correctly except when inspection processing was done return shipment was used. I was hoping there was a way to cancel them

Hi Kim,

You can only close the Miscellaneous Shipment, maybe add comments to record that it was an unused one.

problem is we can’t get the items back to stock

Hi Kim,

For this problem, you need to delete the current RMA Disposition that set to Return Shipment, and make a new one to Stock, note that Misc Ship will still be there but your Part will be in stock.
