No inventory/GL transactions occur when the RMA receipt is entered. The parts are added to the Inspection queue (but not inventory). A cost "snapshot" is taken so that when the RMA is dispositioned Vantage will know what costs to use as the default (though they can be overridden during the disposition entry). The Inventory and GL transactions all take place at the time of disposition.
