We are on version 3.0. I added the report to egroups today. It does sort
by "Ship To State". I do not know about the compatibility of report builder
reports between 3.0 and 4.0, but the report does sort by ship to state in
3.0.

There is also a Sales by State report on Egroups as well. The problem
is that these reports show the sales by where the product was sold to
not shipped to. For example we would sell product to the corporate
headquarters of a company in New York but the product is shipped to
Oregon. I forgot to mention that I am on 4.0.811 and using Report
Builder.
