I am curious if it is possible to remap these period parameters for the “Sales Order Backlog” report to job due date instead of Order Request By date?
Where would I go to change this?

I have not been able to find a way to change this. I have recreated a sales order backlog BAQ that has just the information my managers need.
Besides that, I don’t think what you are trying to do is possible. This report gives information on the sales orders, it has nothing to do with jobs.
Come up with a solid description of what you need, then try to build up a BAQ from there. If your BAQ works, it is trivial to make it exportable as a dashboard or a report.
