Our Sales Order landing page will not sort correctly by the Need by Date (i’ve tried all 3 sorting options). Is this normal? Should I bother filing an Epicare ticket?

Looks like you’re trying the new preview sort feature that allows double sorting. Reset Order Date so it does not have a sort (click the Order Date column until the arrow 1 is removed).
Then your Need By should be sorting properly.
I’m a fan of the new multi-column search capability - but I quite often get confused when I forget I had a sort on a previous column and the new sort doesn’t match expectations. Then I remember the new multi-column, go look for whatever I was previously sorted on, remove that sort and voila.
Just going to take a bit to get used to I think. Maybe some stronger indicator that a column is sorting?

Your grid is first sorted by Order Date decending
and then by Need By Date ascending
Grid data looks correctly sorted here.
Confirmed, it was the the double column sorting, which I’ve been hoping to have for other grids. Thanks for pointing that out.
