Anyone? Any ideas are welcome!
In Epicor 9.05 Sales Order Tracker there is an option in the Actions menu in the tool bar for "Auto Retrieve Transactions". A user can set that when they go into Sales Order Tracker but it only persists while they have the screen open. If they close out of Sales Order Tracker and then come back in, they have to reselect it to enable it.
Is there a way to ALWAYS have that selected when the form loads, either through a customization or a personalization?
