Sales Orders/Quotes/Price Breaks

If the issue in this thread of emails is SCR 6302, that SCR has been fixed
on the 5.20.322 patch which was released to the customer base around the end
of August. It should have also been released around that same time frame in
a 6.0 patch as well.

What release are you on? There is a bug in 5.2 and 6.0 when using price
break. If you go back into the order header and make a change the price on
the line will change back to the price on the part master. You can test
this out in your test area.

We seem to be having a problem with sales orders that have quotes with price
breaks on certain quantities. The unit price will revert back to a higher
unit price sometimes. We can't seem to see any reason that it happens. We
find out when the customer calls and says that they were charged more than
we quoted. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I reported this back in March...Call Number 854296MPS, SCR6302. I was
told on June 16th that, "the pricing issue you are reporting on SCR6302
has been bumped up and should be fixed shortly"

We've had way too many invoicing errors as a result of this bug and
currently the only way around it is to make sure you click "NO", which
obviously doesn't work successfully.
