Salespersons Pipeline - Actual Totals Calculation

Does anyone know how the actual totals are calculated in the Pipeline Actual form?

The only information I have on this calculation is shown below, but the results don’t seem to match with our actual sales order totals:

  1. Month to Date Actual: Sales Order Doc Total Charges (does not include taxes, header charges, line charges, or discounts) Sum of OrderHed_DocTotalCharges for period entered
  2. Quarter to Date Actual: Sales Order Doc Total Charges (does not include taxes, header charges, line charges, or discounts) Sum of OrderHed_DocTotalCharges quarter to date within quarter for period entered
  3. Year to Date Actual: Sales Order Doc Total Charges (does not include taxes, header charges, line charges, or discounts) Sum of OrderHed_DocTotalCharges year to date up to period entered

It is presumed that the totals would include not only orders that have been shipped and invoiced, but also any sales orders in the backlog.

Any input would be appreciated.
