Has anyone run into issues where a user’s layout on a customized dashboard won’t stay? Not sure if this is a known issue, or if there is a simple fix, or that’s just the way it is! lol

If any Grid is not binded with any Views, then Epicor will not save the layout.
As you are saying customized dashboard, I believe your grids may not be binded.
