We’re implementing digital scales to our shipment process, and have managed to hook up a scale that will input to the Weight value correctly when clicking the Get Case Weight option in Customer Shipment Entry.
But we’re wondering how we’d get the same behavior when dealing with Phantom Packs AKA multiple boxes.
When you create multiple cases, Epicor will simply divide the main weight that was inputted when you closed the pack.
Wondering if anyone has found a way to use a scale when multiple boxes are involved in a shipment.
