Scheduled Shipments Report (work around)

This is a work around if you only plan on sorting by date/customer
and don't mind taking about the sortby feature in the report.

Create a customization and disable the sortby box, and then modify
the report to sort by the method you wish to use.

I'm trying to create a Progress report based on the Scheduled Shipments
Report but with additional Customer information.
One of the essentials is the Ship To address.
I think there have been other requests recently for help on a similar
issue.
What was the outcome to these requests?
Does anybody have any hints as to how to get this information in the
report?
Hope you can help
Sophie
I wrote one in Crystal which basically mimics the one in Vantage. It has
the ship to number and name. Adding the address is simple from there. I am
willing to send it to you if you like. Again it's nothing ground breaking,
it was basically written to ease eye strain on my shipping department.

Does anyone have a scheduled shipments report similar to the one Vantage
comes with but written in RB or Crystal. I need one that I can customize.

I uploaded a copy of the one we use here. It basically matches the Vantage
version with the addition of a few needed fields, size enhancements, and
customer selection criteria. It was written for Version 3 in CR 7.3.

I'm trying to get the OrderDate to show up in the Scheduled Shipments
Report, but with the Report Definitions, I cannot find a link to this
field. I cannot even add the OrderHed field to populate this
information into the report.

Thanks,

--TJ
When sorting the scheduled shipments report by date, it's using the
Sortby in text instead of sorting by actual dates. So we're left
with the dates at of sorts.

October is being listed as the second month, then November, and
March. This is because the months aren't adding the 0 in front on
the Crystal Report. Does anybody have an alteration of the Sortby
formula that will fix this report?

Regards,

--SF
This has been reported to Epicor. You might add your company name to the list for SCR# 43424.

It is known bug because I reported it. There is a SCR on it and it is
supposed to be fixed in SP403C. - Monte
