I am working with our scheduler trying to come with a way to base the capacity of a resource group on the number of operators qualified to run the resources in the group. one of our requirements on our parts is we have to record which resources they were made on. So we need to have all the resources available. An example would be we have 10 resources in a resource group but only 5 operators to run the resources. we would like the schedule to schedule with a capacity of 5 but be able to use any of the 10 resources.

Then I wonder if you might be able to get something working by setting up operators as Resources with “Capabilities”?
