Fixed. Stopped the App Servers, truncated DB with 10.1BSP2, and
restarted DB.

After clicking on the Schema change icon, the process halts and
doesn't change its status from:

Load Data Definitions
Loading Definitions
Database: mfgsys
Table: IMDrawings

This seems to be the first table is tries to process, but never goes
beyond that IMDrawings table.
