Does anyone out there use any sort of excel sheet or print out of the
menu securities? Basically what I do is go into the menu security and
type out all the possible screens that anyone can get into and then take
that to the departments within the company to set up security for their
groups. This process worked great but now that I have upgraded there
are new features/securities on screens and new screens all together. I
am hoping there is some easy way of going about this then to split
screen between menu security and an excel spread sheet. All I need is a
printout of the menu security so I can create groups and then check if I
want that group to have access and keep it unchecked if not.

I have a report builder report that was created by another member of the
list that will generate. The menu items and who has access if that would
help. I'll be glad to email that to you.

Anyone else wanting a copy of this PRL email me off list. No need to
stress BaaHoo any more than necessary.
P.S. The pretty one in the PRL is the work of a user whose name I've
