I’m sales communicator charged with implementing Epicor CRM for a thin film technology global sales force of four.
 
Seek lessons-learned, tips and guidance from actual field sales folks within this user group who can perhaps guide on field sales set-up (tips for tasks to territories) and who actually use Epicor CRM on a daily basis from a sales function and perspective only.
 
That is, using Epicor CRM, how do you start your day? Do you tap your latest assigned lead from the salesperson workbench? Review your dashboard?
 
Seek useful work habits from successful sales people who use Epicor CRM.
 
Seek to communicate with fellow field sales people to get this Epicor CRM off the tarmac and better aligned with working sales processes.
