Select All in Search

The number of items returned in a search can be set on a per client
basis in the default.mfgsys file on the client

I vaguely recall some discussion of the missing 'Select All' in the
search boxes in Vantage 8.03.405. They've been replaced with a couple
of buttons dividing things into groups of 100. That's nice, and often
sufficient, but sometimes I really do want all of the several hundred
of them. Is there a way to restore that, or was it just a commentary
on the change? I looked through the last couple of months and didn't
find the thread, which might have been farther back. Naturally,
anything earlier than about day before yesterday is the far misty
past, in my head.
