Send Record by email - HELP

Ok I am baffled the send record by email function has stopped working.  I have no idea why.  I have not made any changes to our production DB.  My training DB is a recent restore and it works fine.  Other email alerts work fine.
 
HELP !!
 
Any suggestions.

I know email can drive a person crazy...
Here are a few things I do
..check \epicor\oe101c_wrk\epicor-smtp.log.txt
- check the SMTP server in the xxx.mfgsys config files - for the client and server
- Reboot the server if you haven't already done so - I've seen cases where restarting appservers isn't enough to bring all types of message processing back online.

Sounds like your mail server and SMTP in Company setup is OK.
- Any errors pop-up in the client?
  • checked files they appear to be correct. 
  • settings in Company Config are correct.
  • Rebooted last night.
  • My BPMs, Global Alerts, and BAMs all are sending emails
  • Email log no errors showing...and it shows the info for emails being sent but we are never getting them
  • sent test email from SMTP server it worked.
 
Baffled???
