Serial number History Record

Hi,

I looking for a serial history report with Part, serial number, ship to date, ship to customer and ship to address and RMA return date.

I link SNTran with RMARcpt but then some of the SO without RMA will be missing.
May I know how to set up for the link or criteria

Hi Li,

I believe you want a left join to include all records from SNTran but only matching records from RMARcpt. Then you’ll probably want to further provide other criteria so you do not see every single SNTran row. Perhaps only allow SN tran types of RMA-Entry and then those to customer such as Stk-Cus, Pur-Cus and Mfg-Cus transactions.
