What menu(s) would someone use to setup serialized inventory labels that print upon receipt of materials?
I know its possible to do this, but I am unsure of this system and how to proceed.
I think you would need to design a custom report to print the serialized labels. I guess it might be possible to customize the built-in mtl tag to do print the serial numbers but conceptually that isn’t what it is designed to do so it may be more difficult than just creating something custom.
We send ZPL printer code to Zebra printers via an Epicor function.
You could trigger the printing of a label via a BPM which is triggered when the ‘SerialNo’ field in ‘SNStatus’ is updated to ‘INVENTORY’.
