Our company is beginning the process of Vantage implementation. (6.0)
Has anyone developed a method or protocal for serial numbers within
the router (this was to permit cost roll up). The thought was with
one job number and subassemblies which were serial number specific
would be one method however the serial number is desired to be
visible in both the workbench as well as in the printed router.
We were also exploring the use of the Project field and a job number
for each serial number however this appeared to be cumberson and
required significant report customization.
