Server printing versus Client printing - Orientation Issues

I have seen several threads here about printing issues, but I cannot seem to get it to work. We are on 10.2.500.5 and when I change a report (like MaterialQueue) from Portrait to Landscape, it always prints incorrectly when I use the server printer. When using a client printer or preview/email (PDF), it is always correct and the paper size on the PDF shows 11x8.5 as it should.

Being rather new to Epicor SSRS, I was wondering if this is a long standing issue, or am I missing some trick that I didn’t find in one of the previous threads?
