Joe, in Service Connect try user name "Admin" and no password.

I'm not familiar with Portal.

Subject: [Vantage] Service Connect and Portal - Cannot log in

Hi All,

I'm still relatively new to my company and I've been unraveling the
status of all the different Epicor products we purchased. We are
implementing E9.04.

We have Epicor Portal and Information Worker, which uses the Service
Connect Runtime.

When I log into Service Connect, I am prompted for a login. Not being
familiar with Service Connect and not knowing what login to use, I
cannot get in. Does Service Connect have its own user database? Is there
a default login that is created when installing SC? Is there a way to
"crack" into SC?

As for Portal, when I try to access anything in the Admin Console, I get
an error that states: "The server process could not be started because
the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password."
I'm not sure where to look to verify the username and password. Any
ideas?

Thanks!
