I'd love to be able to take a look at it to see the differences if you
could share it with me.

I've built a workflow that appears to successfully import Sales Orders in to our 9.05.603 installation beautifully.

The one major problem I'm having is that I cannot click the "Configure" button on configurable items if they are imported in this manner. If we type in the part number in Order Entry it works perfectly.

What I'd like to do is simulate what happens when you tab out of the part number field in order entry and have the system pull all of the pertinent information in to the line. A trace tells me this should be the SalesOrderService.ChangePartNumMaster service but it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Has anyone run across this before?

I have a SC workflow to import Sales Order & Lines. All the line
information for the part populates... ie. description . I do not have
the problem you speak of below.

I've built a workflow that appears to successfully import Sales Orders
in to our 9.05.603 installation beautifully.

The one major problem I'm having is that I cannot click the "Configure"
button on configurable items if they are imported in this manner. If we
type in the part number in Order Entry it works perfectly.

What I'd like to do is simulate what happens when you tab out of the
part number field in order entry and have the system pull all of the
pertinent information in to the line. A trace tells me this should be
the SalesOrderService.ChangePartNumMaster service but it doesn't seem to
be doing anything.

Has anyone run across this before?
