Service Connect Service won't start

That works, but then I have a problem with my workflow. I seem to remember that the service needs to run under an accout with administrator rights. I have other services on this same server running under administrator rights without any problems.

I haven't used Service connect in a while. When I went to the server today and tried to use it, all the services were down. I've tried to start them and even rebooted the computer, but I keep getting "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion". The ScaLogonSrv will start as a system account, but then I run into security issues. I know the account login name and password are correct, I even tried a couple of other administrator accounts with no luck. Any ideas anybody?
