Session Error when user logs into MES and Epicor on ERP 10.2.500.39

User is unable to open both MES and Epicor at the same time. Receives message:
“Session ID is invalid. Session has either timed out or has been deleted.”

I have reinstalled the Client and verified the time out in User Maintenance.

Does anyone know what can cause this error

You have to mark the box for allow multiple sessions in user account security.
