Sevice Connect Issues

OK So I have a service connect that was working and developed by someone no longer with the company. The service connect reads a csv and updates sales orders. The file disappears like it should but then there is an error in the log files that says failed to launch addin or something to that affect. I am not well versed on service connect and I am not sure where to start. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Error 8192 Source ScaDESRouter Descripiton Error during launching plugin. If you want I can copy and paste the raw data for you also.

in the activity logs should be all the trace events, post the details of each error (if it’s a router error i suspect there are actually two associated errors).
