Does the help button from the home page in the shell menu work for anyone else? We’re on 2023.1.9 and we can get to the help if we click on application help from a screen, but the help tile, and contents, does absolutely nothing. Do we have a possible set up issue? Or is this broken for everyone?
Here’s a thought… stop using the Shell boomer.
@Banderson Help is in the company maintenance and you can use your app server or Epicor hosted with your version. Mine works for my version below.
Our version is 11.2.300 so that’s what this is set to.
I tried changing it, no go.
The weirdest part though, is that there that nothing at all happens. In the way back machine there were some stuck credentials, and it wouldn’t load, but the window would still pop open. With this. Nothing.
That looks correct, so maybe it is broken. It does a bunch of checking for an active session and your version before it will load and all interfaces not just shell use that link.
