Shift Handover Note Entry In Epicor 10.2

Hi There,

Does anyone know if there is a user guide for how to use the Shift Handover Entry and Shift Handover Note Entry functions in Epicor?

As a Production Controller I am trying to use this function to detail to the nightshift team what the important jobs that need to clear are, but I am not convinced I am using this function in the correct way.

We are using Epicor 10.2.500.15.

Please can you provide screenshots of what you are trying to use as I am not aware of this functionality - is it custom?
