We have several locations, and I am trying to see if from some locations it is better to allow customers to pay an expedite fee to ship directly to them instead of transferring the product and then ship to the customer. My problem is I don’t have any raw data to measure this as i can’t tell the difference between when a plant is shipping for a transfer with an order or shipping only to fill stock.
