Shop load report not matching shop load graph

Hello, newbie here…
I have made some progress learning job scheduling, but have run into an issue I can’t seem to figure out. AFter I run global scheduling, and fill shop capacity, the shop load report PDF shows load against resources correctly. However, when I look at the shop load graph for those same resources, it is not showing any “actual load” at all. Any ideas? Thanks for all the help!

I am curious if this procedure works for you @mcharter. I have all but given up on those graphs as then are never correct. But I also don’t regularly run the processes in the KB. Let us know how it works!

@NateS , Havent figured it out quite yet. Do you have a workaround that you use?

No workarounds, just follow the steps in the KB. It should get you there. We don’t use those graphs yet.

well, i figured it out… our test database was reset and all the production parts/hr was set to zero, so no load.
