Shop Tracker bug?

Hi Todd,

We are on 4.00.904. I just checked this on our system, selected an
employee, and while that employee was selected went in through Shop Tracker
and viewed his labor transactions, there was no problem.

We have a Data Collection user in shipping who exclusively uses a PC so he
remains as the selected employee all the time for job clocking. He also
uses Shop Tracker to review what he has logged time/piece counts to.
Whenever he uses Shop Tracker to view his own activity while "selected" in
Data Collection then Shop Tracker issues an error and then Windows freezes.
All the windows on the screen blank out except for the borders and nothing
responds. I killed it from Task manager (after Ctrl-Alt-Del) and Windows
resumed working, although Vantage had been terminated on the PC.

Not sure if this is a bug to be reported, something "fixed" in 5.0 (we are
on 4.00.812) or if it is unique to here. Anyone else experience this? Its
one thing to display an error if this is a record locking issue but another
altogether to freeze up the PC.
