Apparently there is a bug in 6.00.522 where Shopvision can't refresh the data. Looks like the fix for SCR 7125 broke it. I have spoken to support and a patch (523) is supposed to be released this week (part of SCR 7897). In the mean time company president is all over me to make his plant performance reports work and this being a short week I am not real confident of getting the patch in time to cool him off.
I was sent a workaround that involves exporting the data and was told that as long as all I needed was the worksheet and not the graph I could export the data into Shopvision. The document shows how to do the export but not how to get Shopvision updated. I ended up and a very alrge Excel spreadsheet. Should it have been csv or dbase instead? Is there a way to manually populate the location where a Shopvision refresh stores the data?
