I have shipments that are being sent to Australia from USA these shipments are defaulting to signature required even though the box is not checked at the manifest level. Seems to only be an issue with Australia specific, we ship to Spain with no signature required. Anyone have any issues similar to this with an international customer?
Using the same ShipVia (Ship Code) for the shipments to both? Sig required can sometimes be set in Quick Ship. Home Page - Setup - Ship Codes - then open the ship code and look under “Ship Code Defaults”
Same ship code for all. Box is unchecked in the carrier default (not required).
