We’ve gotten a ticket from a user who is currently set to requires single sign on who is being prompted for a username and password. Has anyone else come across this issue in Epicor 10 before? If anyone has a solution or suggestions on next troubleshooting steps It’d be greatly appreciated

You can verify the “sysconfig” file on the server where Epicor is hosted. Ensure that the single sign-on settings are correctly configured and synchronized across all client machines.
