Site specific error on some rows

Hi

we have a fairly complex dashboard that is central to our daily business. We have recently added some basic UD text fields to hold job notes that are set up as editable fields in the dashboard.

in site 1, it works as expected
in site 2, we get a ‘Person ID references invalid value’ message but not on every row. I cant see any correlation or pattern to the rows affected, only that its site specific

Does anyone know what could cause this and how i could fix it?

Did you write an advanced update or are you using theirs? It sounds like customer territory related, but if these are job notes that is probably a stretch.
