Slide out menu stopped working

We are on 2022.2.37.

I have one user where the slide out menu stopped working in Order Entry. When they check Ready to Fulfill the slide out menu does not appear to ask if they want to have it checked for all releases. I have checked to make sure pop ups are enabled. It was working and stopped about 2 weeks ago.

It could be a saved layout that user has that’s interfering. That’s been the case for us on more than a few occasions.

I thought it may have been a personalization. Thanks for sharing this. Would I not see it in the personalization Purge Menu?

No, not necessarily. That is a Classic-only screen, so while it may show Kinetic personalizations, it doesn’t show Kinetic saved layouts. I’m not even sure if that screen works to clear Kinetic personalizations, if they exist there.

No it doesn’t. This is a huge parity gap that Epicor refuses to address. If you don’t want to use a custom program to perform the purge the other option is to get a data fix from Epicor support.
