When entering an item in order entry, the search is very slow for one particular user. It doesn’t appear to be slow for all users. What kind of tools can I use to diagnose this?
Clearing cache does not help. It only seems to happen when he searches a long complex string (numbers, symbols, and characters) and tries to match on the item description.
