Smart Client Not Able To Connect

We are an Enterprise Cloud client running Kinetic 2025, with users scattered around the US and Canada, and we haven’t yet moved to the browser interface. I’ve to one user who, when attempting to launch the smart client, waits a long time for the client to connect, and then he finally receives this message:

He connected just fine yesterday, and I haven’t heard of other users in Cananda having this issue.

That’s a very clear network or dns issue. Clear all Epicor cache
Clear DNS cache
Verify they can access it on the browser
