SN numbers not showing to retrieve in Shipping

I created some serial numbers in Quantity Adjustment (we are in testing mode). But when we go to ship the item and try to retrieve the SN it is not showing up. When I look in Quantity Adjustment I see 5 serial numbers. I did just make another one and not sure why it is not showing up. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help be great as I am in my last couple days of testing before go live.

You need to go to Serial Number Maintenance and see what status the SN are in. They may not have the correct status.

If you have different warehouses, make sure the warehouse on the shipping line is the same as the warehouse the serial number was adjusted into.

thanks i figured it out. It was in the wrong bin. I transferred it and it showed up. :woman_facepalming:
