'Sort By' Defaults on Report Menus

Is there a way to change the default 'Sort By' options on the report menus in 9.05.702A? The Labor Edit Report defaults to sort by Employee/Date and we would like it to default to Home Dept/Employee/Work Dept/Date. Can this be done?...Thanks!
