Thanks Michelle. I forgot to mention we are on ver. 5.2. I went into the Sales Force table, but the check box for grayed out and not checked. Is this because we are on 5.2 or because we do not have CRM?

Kathy,

I don't know if you can restrict their access to view sales orders
outside of their territory but you can restrict almost everything else.


All you need to do is go to the workforce table and make sure for each
salesperson the "view all territories" check box is not check. Also,
make sure there is only one salesperson assigned to each territory.

After many years of using Vantage we are finally trying to set up the
sales module. I have set up my territories and sales persons, we also
assigned a territory & sales person to each of our customers. Now I
need to know if there is a way to give access to each of the sales
people so that they only see the territory, customers, quotes and/or
sales orders that belong to them?
