Spinning Wheel of Death in Kinetic

When we right click on a part from part tracker to part transaction history then to time phase we will get a spinning wheel of death of the data trying to be returned and it will not return data. Only work around I have been able to get it to work is by opening the application directly and it works. Also, I have seen clicking the browser refresh a few times will get data to return. Is there anything anyone can suggest to help fix this issue.

We are on version 2023.2.17

We are also experiencing this issue after updating to patch .17 and have raised a support case with Epicor. Will keep you posted.

I have noticed this problem since we upgraded to 2023.2 in Feb.
We’re on 2023.2.19 now and haven’t noticed it happen yet. But I don’t use it every day

I had some complaints about this very issue this morning. We’re on 2023.2.15. Wondering if I should install a later version of 2023 or just move forward with 2024?

Most of the spinning wheels of death have been fixed in 2024.1 from what i can see.
