Sql 2022

I’m aware that the cloud environment went through an upgrade to SQL 2022, presumably in preparation for Kinetic 2025.1. Do we know if SQL 2022 is a requirement for Kinetic 2025?

I wouldn’t be surprised if 2025.1 doesn’t drop support for Windows Server 2016 and SQL Server 2017, but really hope they aren’t going to dump the Windows Server 2019/SQL 2019 stack already.

2025.1 Requirements are as follows

Window Server 2016 with SQL Server 2017
Windows Server 2019 with SQL Server 2017 or 2019
Windows Server 2022 with SQL Server 2019 or 2022

It seems that “stacks” Window Server 2016 with SQL Server 2017 or Windows Server 2019 with SQL Server 2017 or 2019 are not longer supported for 2025.1 according to Kinetic Install Guide 2025.1.pdf
