I’m hoping this is something simple, but we have a user that when performing a print preview in Job Entry of a Job Traveler in Kinetic, it shows at a 32% font rate. It works fine in Classic, but not in Kinetic.
Any other attachment previews at the normal rate. There isn’t a default setting issue, she needs no Adobe updates.
We have tried print previewing in Microsoft Edge, but with the same results.
Has anyone come across anything like this before? If she prints, it will print fine, but she has to adjust her font size for every preview.
