I only see “Install”, and not “Install All Users”
Restarting the reporting services resolved the issue on my local PC. We’ll restart the reporting services on the server but I’m not sure if it requires also a reboot of the server.
Try stop and starting the reporting services. It worked for me.
What “Report Services” ??? I don’t see anything named like that in the Services control panel applet.

never mind, found it on the SQL server
And barcdoes are now rendering on my workstation.
