SSRS Report switch case

I have this expression in a text box that gives me the currency code

problem is that is displays in lower case letters, I would like to switch it
to Upper case

the expression is

=Fields!CurrencyCode_CurrencyID.Value

What do I need to add to switch it to upper case letters?

This magnification icon has appeared in the lower right hand corner of my
E10.1.500.18 Home page

I am not sure how it got there but I do like it, by clicking on it the home
screen magnifies to a larger image making it much easier to read the screen.

What I would like to know if anyone knows how to turn this on, I would like
to get this working on all of my other clients.
