Hello, we are trying to stage ship confirm orders and are getting this error. we have checked the dates on all the master packs, customer packs and they are all today.
we have only just started to use master pack and i am the master pack numbers are the same as customer pack numbers we shipped on 1/9/2018. and those are all shipped. there are some MP that have worked even though there are customer packs with the same numbers.
so i have managed to stage ship confirm these master packs by going back into the classic screen and doing it from there… i have opened a case with epicCare
