HI All,
i have a 2 home pages set up exactly the same on 2 different companies. They have the exact same BAQ(A shared BAQ) on and all the same fields shown, but the date field displays differently. any ideas?

I don’t have multiple companies to test this with, but check you Company Configuration > Localization options for both companies. That is an odd one!

Are they both in the same country? Otherwise I agree with @NateS it could be a Localization issue.

Are layers company specific? Perhaps there is a layer defined for each company.

What version are you using? Are you on browser or client?
We had this issue a while back too. Support also told us to apply the correct format in User Security Maintenance and then also ensure the correct settings were set in Windows Region settings.
None of this helped until it was fixed in a later release.
We’ve since moved to fully Kinetic and now I have a different formatting issue on numbers…
