Strange Excel&word behaviour when running Vantage version 8

Hi all

One of my clients asked me about this one.

After they have connected to Vantage on their client they are not able
to start excel or word

If they do it the other way round (Excel first then Vantage) seems to
work ok.

They use straightforward PC clients - not citrix for example
